We have smelting furnaces, extrusion machines, anodizing and powder coating systems, doors/windows and ladders fabricating lines. 1. 2 sets of smelting furnace for aluminum alloy billets with 10 metric tons capacity each.
2. 6 sets of extrusion machines which are 660 tons X 3,1100 X 2,1800 X 1.
3. 2 sets of anodizing systems with 1500 tons capability per month.
4. 1 set of powder coating system with 300 tons capability per month.
5. 1 door/window fabricating line for construction.
6. 1 ladder and other products fabricating line.
7. 1 OPC drum bare tube production line with 150000 pieces capacity.
